Who we are
dataintegritytraining.com is owned and operated by Truex Consultancy B.V., Plotterweg 6E, 3821 BB Amersfoort, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 96819111. What we collect and why
- Email address, and optionally your role and team size, when you register interest in the course, subscribe to the weekly finding, unlock the free preview, or request a checklist or template. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We use it to send what you asked for, to notify you when the course opens and, if you agreed, occasional news about courses. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Name, email, company and message, when you use the contact form or request a course walkthrough or a quote. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)). Kept for 24 months after the last contact.
- Server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not currently run any analytics or advertising tracking. If that changes, it will only run after you switch it on in the cookie banner.
- Local browser storage for your cookie choice, the self-check, checklist progress, preview unlock and dismissed prompts. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and relays the messages you send through our forms to our mailbox (Cloudflare Email Routing). Google Fonts serves the typeface, which means your browser requests it from Google. The course platform used by The GMP Training Academy processes your data once you enrol, under its own privacy notice. We do not sell personal data. Where a processor is outside the EEA, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Interest registrations and email subscriptions until you unsubscribe or 24 months after the course launch, whichever is sooner, then 30 days on a suppression list so we do not email you again. Contact enquiries 24 months. Server logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short, rolling period.
Cookies and similar storage
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The only things stored in your browser are strictly necessary: your cookie choice, your progress in the self-check and checklist, whether the free lesson is unlocked, and which prompts you dismissed. These are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules because they only do what you asked for. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject the optional categories (analytics, marketing) on equal terms; nothing optional is switched on by default. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer, and clear everything by deleting site data in your browser.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Email info@truex-consultancy.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, or to the supervisory authority in your own EU country.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to answer you or send what you requested.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top.
